Job description:

Electroninks Inc. is looking for an experienced and competitive Technical Sales Team Member who can contribute to the growth of our company in Japan.  The company has a group of direct customers and distribution partners.  However, there are a lot of potential customers in Japan to be engaged.  This position requires further market development.  At the same time, the company’s product requires constant cooperation between the customers and the company in productization, so managing the cooperation between the customers and the company is essential.  Travel is required.   

Job responsibility:

  • Market development directly and through local distribution partners
  • Analyze customers business information to identify opportunity
  • Obtain knowledge of our products to be able to explain in detail to potential customers
  • Marketing campaign planning and execution, through seminars, exhibitions, etc.
  • Identify sales opportunities and go through the sales process till closing
  • Coordination of billing and order processing
  • Management of distribution partners
  • Coordination of tech support between the customers and the company’s tech team
  • Preparation of various materials, brochures, and reports
  • Prepare and maintain correspondence with customers worldwide via email and telephone
  • Works closely with the President and CEO of the company 
  • Strong Communication with teams world-wide  

Requirement:

  • Engineering/scientific knowledge in metallic paste/ink and printed electronics
  • Over 10 years of experience in engineering/engineering sales in the related industries
  • Over 5 years of experience in coordinating relationship between customers and suppliers
  • Engineering/Technical sales background
  • We are looking for someone who understands the dimensions of being a supplier as well as productization
  • Experience in the conductive ink, materials, or chemistry field
  • Experience in consumer electronics supply chain, specifically Display/Touch Panel and Packaging
  • Demonstrates ability to work as a team to reach goals and exceed expectations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong client care background 
  • Great at networking and developing relationships 
  • Ability to multitask and generate results 
  • English communication skill, especially in written document such as emails.  Fluent verbal communication skill a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft word, Dropbox, and Gmail 
  • Ability to work under pressure 
  • Able to meet deadlines 
  • Maintains a high level of sense of urgency 
  • Travel is required
